Every week we measure our own websites the same way we measure yours: where they show up on Google, and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI name them. These are the real numbers, starting from day zero. Including the weeks nothing moves.
How we keep this honest
The searches and AI questions are fixed when tracking starts, and we show all of them, not just the ones that improve. If we ever change the list, we say so on this page.
Every number is dated, and we never remove a bad week.
Searches for our own name are counted separately, so they can't make the numbers look better.
The data comes from the same tools we use for clients, measured from Toronto.

What we did
Fixed the 20 questions we ask AI tools each week, including 8 from financial advisors, mortgage agents and insurance agents. Added pages that say which RankedFirst we are, list our facts, and answer those questions.
Day-zero baseline: not named in any of 30 AI answers to Toronto buyer questions. Asked what RankedFirst.ai is, ChatGPT couldn't verify it exists and Google's AI confused it with another company.
Built the site, 35 industry playbooks and 4 free tools. Not live on rankedfirst.ai yet, so Google rankings start on launch day.

What we did
Finalized the list of tracked Google searches: shopping searches only, like "mortgage crm" and "mortgage leads toronto". Google numbers use the final list from the next weekly check on.
First weekly check: named in 0 of 30 AI answers to mortgage-agent questions. On Google it only shows up when people search its own name (#2 for "rescue my workday"), and in none of the top 50 results for its 18 buyer searches.
What the numbers mean
Named in AI answers
We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Mode the questions a customer would ask, like "Who is the best local SEO agency in Toronto?", and count how many answers name the business. Questions that already mention its name don't count here.
On Google's first page
How many of the tracked searches show the website in Google's top 10 results.
In Google's top 50
How many of the tracked searches show the website anywhere in the first five pages. The early sign that Google has started to trust a site.

How many of the tracked searches show Google's AI summary with the website listed as a source.
